2010 SEA RAY 280 SUNDANCER (FRESHWATER USED)

-AFT COCKPIT: An L-shaped seating area wraps around the transom to port, with a bench seat that functions as an aft facing sun lounge to port. A wet bar is located to starboard. Custom fit tan carpet panels are covering the cockpit deck, clean and serviceable. The aft cockpit deck electrically raises to offer access to the engine space, operable. The white vinyl cockpit upholstery is in clean, damage free condition.

-FORWARD COCKPIT AND HELM: Seating for the starboard helm is at a double wide bench seat that can pivot to face the aft cockpit area. The dash and helm is constructed of fiberglass and finished with tan gel coat. The dash has plastic wood accent inserts. The upper dash houses a row of analog gauges. Toggle switches and rocker switches are located to starboard on the dash. The switches control pumps, lights, blower, wiper, trim tabs, engine hatch, all operable when tested on the day of survey.

-CABIN LAYOUT: Access to the cabin spaces is through the port companionway in the forward cockpit. The bi fold, dark-tinted acrylic doors & hatches provide access and can be locked for security. Down the steps takes you immediately to the port side galley and the starboard head. Access to the mid berth is immediately aft. The master berth is forward.

-SINKS: The sink is integrated into the tan corian counter. A chrome goose neck faucet with mixer
-REFRIGERATION: A Norcold dual voltage refrigerator is located below the counter top
-STOVE/OVEN: A single burner butane stove
-MICROWAVE: A Sharp microwave is recessed into the cabinetry above the counter top

-POWER: Mercruiser 350MAG MPI, V-8 gasoline engine. The displacement is 350 cubic inches and rated at 300 horsepower. The engine is accessed by an electrically raised aft cockpit deck hatch. Shifting is accomplished within the Mercruiser Bravo Three stern drive

-ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (DC SYSTEM) VOLTAGE: Lead acid battery powered 12 volt system. BATTERIES: Two (2) Crown group 31 batteries are located to port of the engine. The cables are captive lug, secured with hex nuts to clean terminAIR CONDITIONING AND HEAT (AIR CONDITIONING) TYPE: Unitized self contained reverse cycle type. MANUFACTURER: A 10,000 BTU Cruisair air conditioning unit is located under the starboard forward V berth. Model: STX10-410A Serial number: 03199343 Digital SMX II controls.

SHORE POWER INLET: A single Marinco 30 amp, 125 volt inlet is located in a small utility locker at the port transom.

-FRESH WATER SYSTEM: (POTABLE WATER) STORAGE TANKS: The polyethylene plastic freshwater tank is securely mounted in the starboard forward engine space and is 28 gallons in capacity. The pressure pump is mounted on top of the hot water tank, located in the port forward engine space. HOT WATER SYSTEM TYPE: 120 electric. Marine grade. (6) gallon marine water heater

-SANITATION (BLACK WATER) MANUFACTURER: Sea Land Vacu Flush. MANUAL OR ELECTRIC TYPE: Manual flush with Vacu Flush system, located in the port head. The main holding tank is polyethylene plastic and is 28 gallons in capacity.

-ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT VHF: A hand held Raymarine Ray240VHF marine radio and external speaker are mounted under the starboard helm. An eight (8) foot Shakespeare antenna
-CHART PLOTTER: A Standard Horizon CPN700i screen is flush mounted at the starboard helm,
-DEPTH SOUNDER: The depth reading can be found at the digital information screed at the tachometer.
-STEREO SYSTEM: A Sony stereo is mounted near the electric panel board at the companionway locker. A remote control is located at the helm. Speakers are mounted throughout the cockpit and cabin

-TRAILER: The vessel was sitting on a dual axle, steel Loadmaster trailer. Per the ID tag, the trailer was constructed on July 12, 2012. GVWR = 6,667 pounds
