1988 NORDIC TUG 26

ENGINE
Yanmar 4LH-TE, 110 HP, 1300 hours. Approximately 1.25 GPH at 7 knots. Top speed approximately 13 knots. Bronze 4-blade prop, re-pitched by Kruger & Sons Marine Propeller Specialists in Seattle in 2015 to achieve max RPM of 3300.

FUEL AND FUEL SYSTEM:
75 gallon aluminum tank, drained and cleaned in 2018. Complete retrofit and update of filtration, fuel lines and fittings in 2018. System consists of a new SBMAR Double Double Fleetguard filtration system w/pressure gauges and purge bulb, new and larger 3/8" fuel lines and fittings throughout.

INTERIOR:
-A complete interior retrofit was undertaken in 2018 and 2019.
-Narrow strip Amtico flooring professionally installed, including new teak steps and trim where necessary. Engine hatches replaced and leveled with new flooring.
-Cloth headliner replaced in pilothouse and salon with sheet formica. Stunning, clean look with easy wipe-down maintenance and no mold/mildew. Original overhead lights replaced with new LED marine fixtures, including switched red/white in the pilothouse.
-V-berth headliner replaced with smooth, foam-backed vinyl headliner.
-All new foam cushions, including memory foam in the v-berth for an amazingly comfortable sleeping experience. New Stamskin One synthetic leather upholstery throughout, comfortable and extremely durable.
-New custom teak overhead cabinet in pilothouse, slim design so as not to block view through forward windows. Houses electronics above the helm, handy map shelf on the port side.
-New teak platform at helm to support large MFD and associated marine networking cables underneath.
-New channels cut into teak walls to allow easy routing of modern electronic cabling between overhead cabinet, helm platform and below decks. New custom teak trim to cover.
-Both teak sliding pilothouse doors have been rebuilt and refinished. Upper and lower weathered ply panels replaced with safety glass, providing excellent visibility while underway and docking.

-Simrad AP24 Standalone Autopilot Controller (works in conjunction with or independent of MFD)

-Battery system consists of two Trojan 6v for the house bank, one 12v starter battery. Trojan?s Hydrolink system is installed, allowing for easy filling/maintenance of the house bank. Charging handled by a Sterling ProCharge Ultra 40A, newly installed in 2018. A Victron BMV700 battery monitor provides accurate state of charge information.
