DESCRIPTION:
Lightly used and incredibly well kept. The pictures will show you everything! From the outside looks like a Hatteras but much much better. Thicker hull, better window surrounds, not 1 (20 KW) but 2 (20 KW) generators. Not 1 but 2 hot water heaters, Not 1 (2000 gph) pump in each of 3 bilges but 2 pumps in each one plus high water alarms. 6 air conditioning units with ss manifold with individual valves to each area. 2 exhaust systems one above water and with a valve one underwater. 4 years ago before moving family on board at Coral Ridge Yacht Club I completely painted boat, completely replaced all teak flooring. Solon ceiling and walls replaced, completely replaced kitchen appliances (full size) with countertops. All 3 bathrooms new countertops and mirrors including ceilings. Anchor and chain upsized. New upstairs cushions. Replaced all 3 head system pumps with new. No avionics (I used hand held). Engines lightly used we used boat locally. Beautiful teak handrail. Full size washer and dryer.

Last haul out (I was planning on taking family through the Bahamas) ALL through hulls where replaced, both prop shaft and both rudder shafts removed and checked and packed, all green bounding system replaced. 40K spent.
